Lovely 3 Bed home in WILMINGTON, USA

We are both College professors, with one eighteen year old son. We are
experienced exchangers who like to get to know an area really well. Our
home is two bedrooms downstairs with a large master suite upstairs for a
total of three bedrooms. The den also has a sofa bed. there are 2.5
baths, with the upstairs bath having a Jaccuzzi. The home is in a very
friendly residential area between the Cape Fear River and the beaches.
We have some bicycles, toys,athletic equipment and a trampoline in
the backyard. We also share a 24-foot sailboat with a friend who has
taken our exchange partners sailing. An outing can probably be
arranged for you. We also have a kayak and wave boards you can use.
