Our house is located in very desirable suburb 10km fm Dublin city. We live 2km from coast, sandy beach nearby, lots of free amenities, access to the coastline. There is a big coastal town nearby with all your needs met there both shopping and enjoyment. Our house has a large garden which is ideal for everyone from children to adults - we have a climbing frame, swings and slide and good,with lots of additional grass area all around the house. Our public transport is excellent with regular buses to the city or trains and these are located within 10 minutes walking distance of our home. Our neighbouring county which is very close by has the best tourism facilities in Ireland. Separate occupied grannyflat attached. Ideal base for hols.
