We're 20kms north of the city centre (20mins by car or train) and only 5mins from local beaches, major shopping precinct and Hillary's marina with its restaurants, shops, aquarium and fun parks. We have parks and local shops within walking distance.
Our airconditioned family home has 4 bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms, all the usual mod cons, fenced front and rear gardens with a swimming pool and covered entertaining area with BBQ. There's plenty of toys, books and bikes as well as a sandpit and trampoline for the kids.
