My restored period cottage is located in the heart of historic Balmain village which is 8 minutes by bus from the heart of the Sydney. Alternatively, the ferry will take you via Darling Harbour, under the Sydney Harbour Bridge, past the Opera House to the city centre.
Restaurants, pubs, general stores, boutiques, banks and a supermarket are a short stroll away, as are schools and the local hospital which has a 24hour emergency service. I have Internet access, a reverse cycle air-conditioner, car and even a grand piano here for you to enjoy.
I have an independent and friendly cat Meggs, who loves company and completely ignores the fish in the garden pond who can all be looked after by others if necessary.
