The house is located in a village 1000 meters high, in the natural park of Sierra de Huetor, surrounded by nature. It is 6 kilometres from Granada, 30 Kms from the natural park Sierra Nevada (3400 mts) and 70 Km from the beach at the coast “Tropical” (Salobreña).

The house has been designed by the owner following bioclimatic criterion (use of naturals and ecologic materials, paintings, solar plates, etc). It is sourrended by a garden and there is also a vegetable garden you can enjoy. It has a wide view of mountains and over Granada valley (Vega de Granada). Environment around the house is still and silent. From the house begin several paths going to the nearest mountains.
