'Haitchtoya' is a traditional provencal Mas of around 100 years old, with a charming garden and private swimming pool. Located at the end of a grass track just off the nearest road, the house is therefore both private and quiet but within easy walking distance of the pretty village of Plascassier. The village is very well served with butchers, bakers, greengrocers as well as a small supermarket. The Auberge de St Donat offers delicious regional dishes. Valbonne village, a characterful, medieval village with many restaurants, bars and boutiques is a 5 min drive away. Cannes, Antibes, Grasse, Nice, Menton, Monaco, Italy are within easy striking distance. Sea-sports in the summer and skiing in the winter. A great many things to do and see in the region.
