Lovely 3 Bed home in HIGHLANDS RANCH, USA

We are looking for a long term – nine to twelve month exchange. Our home in Colorado is ideally situated (using www.Mapquest.com with Highlands Ranch as your starting point you may find information on driving to various points e.g. Rocky Mountain National Park, Boulder, Vail, Aspen, etc.) We are in a southern suburb of Denver perfectly situated to mountain access, Denver city access and have walking access to shops (including an excellent bookstore), Starbucks, the local library, delicious restaurant, grocery and parks as well.

We do have two dogs whom we would appreciate care for. Our home is a patio home which means all outside maintenance such as snow removal, lawn care, and garbage removal are done for us. We live on a cul-de-sac with five friendly, but not intrusive neighbors who we would provide introductions for, if wanted. There is a large outside living deckl, partially covered, with charcoal grill as well as a very small garden with trampoline. From the second floor windows facing North you have a beautiful view of the mountains.

The house itself is 1800 sq ft. with semi furnished basement/library and montirored security system.
Lovely gas fireplace, all modern appliances, 3 TV’s with DVD/VCR players. Elegant looking, but actually relaxed and comfy furniture and air conditioning.
