A beautiful Victorian family home situated less than 1.5 miles from the historic seaport of Newburyport. The house has undergone a total renovation and is equipped with a gourmet kitchen, 50 x 20 foot heated swimming pool and set in an acre of beautiful gardens. The house is totally child friendly with a child's playhouse and playground in the garden.
The city of Newburyport has a marina, many restaurants, up-scale shopping and is merely 35 miles north of Boston. The latter is easily accessible by car, train or bus - all within 2m of the house. We are also conveniently located for the beach~ 6m, the White Mountains, and the Seacoast area.
