Paddington is one of Sydney’s oldest and most trendy suburbs, well known for its pubs, cafes and restaurants. (See www.paddingtonsociety.org.au). There are buses and trains every ten minutes in one direction to the city (15 minutes) and in the other direction to Bondi Beach (20 minutes). There are a number of golf courses and tennis courts in close proximity and Centennial Park is a ten-minute walk away. We are also close to Sydney University and the University of New South Wales. Well placed for exploring all the good things about Sydney.

Our home is a recently renovated terrace house on three floors. There are three double bedrooms, one in the loft and two on the middle floor. Two of the bedrooms have satellite TV connection. There is a marble bathroom with underfloor heating. On the ground floor there is a study, guest toilet, laundry, modern kitchen and large living area, which leads into the garden. The garden provides a good, sized outdoor entertaining area.

The house is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, cable digital TV, DVD, Broadband IBM computer. All kitchen appliances are European. The house is well equipped with crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, bed linen and towels etc.

Superb restaurants, shops and supermarkets very close by. June/July/August is winter in Sydney, but usually very mild (daily temps of 18 – 20 Celsius).
