Sunny apartment is conveniently located on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, just half block from subway and bus stops. Quick trip (20 minutes) to Broadway theatres, SoHo and other downtown art destinations. Within easy walking distance of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the American Museum of Natural Hisory, and many other New York cultural institutions. Lots of good restaurants and food shops nearby. Although it is situated on a busy crosstown street, the apartment is extremely quiet because it is at the back of the building and looks out over brownstone gardens. It is also just a half block from Central Park. The apartment is small, but it can accommodate 3 people--2 on the queen-size bed and 1 on the couch. Lots of books.
