We have a charming, newly remodeled, craftsman home built in 1920. It is two blocks from the beautiful beaches of Laguna Beach in Southern California.
We have 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, a lovely master suite and an art studio in the backyard. The house has lots of space and features a kitchen with nook, a formal dining room, a sun room, large family room, and cosy living room. Our home is walking distance to center of the vibrant art community of Laguna Beach, which features world renown art festivals, theater, great restaurants, and of course a very rich surf and beach culture.
We are convienently located an hour south of LA and an hour north of San Diego. Disneyland is 15 minutes away, as well as Seaworld, Legoland and the San Diego Zoo. Mexico is also easily explored!
