Lovely 2 Bed home in Cameron Park, USA
My house is in the foothills above Sacramento, about halfway between San Francisco and Lake Tahoe (about 2 hours for each). It is the "gold rush" area of California, and I am close to the gold rush site (and river known for great whitewater rafting) and also some charming towns for exploring that history. Sacramento, our capital, is about 25 miles away and has everything a city has to offer, plus a very nice 40-mile bike trail along the American River.
My house is NOT large 2 bedrooms upstairs with a double bed and 2 twin beds, and also a queen-size sofa bed downstairs. Baby grand piano in living room, small garden with deck, hot tub, and pond with waterfall just outside kitchen window. Two lovely cats that stay and a dog that could stay elsewhere.
