Lovely 2 Bed home in BELGRAVE, AUSTRALIA

Cottage on the edge of a National Park forest. Tracks begin from the garden! Only 5 mins to Belgrave and 55 mins from there by train to Melbourne. We live in the Dandenongs, a popular day trip for tourists and within the sound of Puffing Billy, the local steam train attraction.

The house is a renovated cottage featuring a loft-style main bedroom (with its own balcony). The main floor is open plan (lounge/kitchen/dining), and downstairs there is a study, spare bedroom, piano, bathroom and laundry. A spiral staircase connects the floors and all rooms have big windows to take in the view.

We are often visited by kookaburras, and the occasional wallaby and wombat have been spotted. Indeed, the house is named Wombat Inn. We have an open fire (lots of cut logs ready for you) and gas ducted heating.

There is cross-country skiing only 1 3/4 hour's drive away and downhill slopes 1 hour after that.

We would recommend googling DANDENONG RANGES and YARRA VALLEY to give you an idea of our wonderful area.

Both cars are available for your use (manual), and we'll top up the wine rack with some luscious Western Australian whites and full-bodied reds-enjoy!
