New private residence, 200m from the warm water of the Pacific Ocean at Playa Guiones, Nosara, Costa Rica. Total privacy and quiet. Wonderful surfing, great flat swimming beach.
My home is 3 bedrooms (4 beds total-1 California king,1 queen and 2 singles) will sleep 6. Each bedroom has air conditioning and ceiling fans. One bedroom and the living area each has TVs with Direct TV dish service.
Two story with inside and outside eating areas,large comfortable porch to watch the monkeys from and a 2nd story balcony. Lots of birds and animal life.
My lot is full of banana plants, coconut trees, tropical plants and flowers. It is situated in a secluded wooded area but yet is near to restaurants, shopping, surf schools etc. USA & Europeans.
