Lovely 4 Bed home in BRACCIANO, Italy

We have a small (about 100m), but very charmous singel house with a big, louvely garden. There are trees, a lot of flowers and a wounderful view down the valley where the sun sets. You are in the country, but only five minutes from the train station directed to Rome (about 40 minutes), 30 minutes from the seaside with nice beaches and only 10 minutes from the lago Bracchiano with its enormous castle ( Tom Cruise married there ).Around the lake there are three beautiful medioeval towns with nice, little restaurants (fish is very good there), sandy beaches , canooing and surfing offered everywhere, it's a real paradies for children! Our region is very rich of archeologicly importend points (like the necropoli of Cerveteri)
