This is a lovely, comfortable 3-bedroom 1930s Californian Bungalow house. It is situated in Dulwich Hill which is in the inner west of Sydney, approximately 20 minutes drive from the centre of town. It's a lovely leafy suburb with quiet streets and very easy to get to from many locations. Coogee Beach (next to Bondi but better!) is a 20-25 minute drive, the funky shops and cafes of Leichhardt and Newtown are 5 & 10 minutes away respectively, and the local shopping area of Summer Hill has a village-like atmosphere with great homewares shops and cafes.
The property features two living areas, and a sunny backyard great for long lazy barbeques. Our car is available and the house is well set up for babies / kids and has a cot, high chair and plenty of toys.
