Stairs from lounge lead to 1st floor with 1 double with air-con, 1 twin with ceiling fan and 1 small room used as an office. Stairs lead up to Solarium with views to sea & mountains and gas BBQ & furniture. We are on an urbinisation of only 15 houses and the communal pool is next to the lounge window in the pic. The house is off the road. We are 10-15 mins from Benidorm by bus, although we have everything here. Also near Altea/l'Alfaz del Pi, golf, walks, horse riding, diving. 10 mins walk to beach/shops. It is very peaceful & quiet here.
