Lovely 3 Bed home in Claremont, USA

We have a wonderful small house in Claremont, CA, recently named the 5th best place to live in the US. Claremont is a college town 30 mi W. of LA. Town center is a 15 min walk w/ great restaurants, coffee shops, a movie theater, & art museums. Train to downtown LA is 60 min. ride from town center. OR LA is about 40 min by car during off-peak hours.

Our house is a lovingly cared for 1939 bungalow. It has a small back garden with BBQ. Master bedroom has a queen (5') bed. Child's room has twin size trundle beds. Third room has a convertable fouton couch (queen size - 5'). Two bathrooms, one with tub/shower, one with shower. Good size living room, dining room and kitchen.
