We have a 3 bedroom 2 Story house(master bedroom with queen bed and ensuite , 2nd bedroom with queen bed and 3rd bedroom has been transformed into a little girls room with antique metal day bed,(all bedrooms have built in wardrobes) Full bathroom with shower and separate bath, separate toilet all up stairs. Downstairs there is a modern kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and 2 door chilled water/ice Fridge, family room( big flat screen TV and desk with computer and photo copier ) and separate laundry (utilities room) with separate toilet , dining room and loungeroom (big flat screen TV). House has full ducted heating and airconditiong throughout, undercover entertaining area with 4 burner portable BBQ. Fully fenced landscaped front yard. Back yard with small landscaped back garden with clothes line and kids play gym . Very secure and safe.

About the location

Experience the Aussie climate, where even in winter if you are brave enough you can still swim and surf and in summer the temperatures can reach up into the high thirties, where you can make use of the miles of golden sandy and surfing beaches. All this is located in the holiday resort area of the Central Coast of N.S.W. With all local shops and entertainment facilities open all year round. We are 10 mins drive to beautiful patrolled surfing beaches. Fishing in nearby lakes and The Entrance, 20mins, various golf courses 10-30 minutes away.
The Hunter Valley vineyards are 1 hour by car, as is the surrounding Watagan Mountains which has bushwalking paths and 4wd tracks. We are located 60 miles north of Sydney and Newcastle is 30 miles and Nelsons Bay 90mins by car.

Our local Lakes Shopping Centre is 20 mins walk with many shops (Coles Supermarket, , Chemist, Singos Wholesale Meats , Chicken and Kebab shop , Donut King , Coffee/Restaurant ,Chinese Noodle Shop , Doctors Surgery , News Agency, CTC Tobacco and Giftware, Men`s hair Dressers and Tech World Communications . We also have in the opposite direction a local Aldi store and Doctors 10 minute walk away. Local clubs & restaurants are between 5-20minutes drive for excellent meals and entertainment.
Be it for shopping, relaxing, golf, surfing. sightseeing or touring a great location.

Summer temps 20-35c, winter 10-20c, with the occasional extremes hot/cold days like everywhere.
