Our home is situated on a canal with great water views. From the pontoon you can fish at your back door. 2 kayaks are available for use. The house has 3 large bedrooms and study. 2 queen beds and 2 single beds. All bedrooms have TV&DVD players and ceiling fans, Air conditioners to 1 living area and 1 bedroom. Kitchen has dishwasher/m/wave/fridge.freezer and all expected items. There are 2 full bathrooms and 3 toilets. Internet connection available.
About the location
Island is linked to mainland by short bridge. 45min to Brisbane/Airport. 23K of white sand beach. Close to Sunshine coast & hinterland. 2 golf & 3 lawn bowl greens. Sports equip. avail. Good range of shops, restaurants, clubs etc. Bird life, walking/bike paths. Gold Coast/theme parks within 2hrs.Large outdoor area with great water views,bar-b-q and seating. We have a small picture theatre. A bus service runs to the train station however we offer the use of our car. Gyms on the island for the exercise motivated or lovely beach walks for peaceful exercise.
