Three bedroom semi detached property in 1930's suburbia ten minutes walk from Cockfoster tube station at the end of the Piccadilly line in north London. New Barnet overground station is 20 minutes walk and 15 minutes to Moorgate.
We are very childfriendly with stair gates, child locks and car seats etc. We have a rabbit, a cat and a gerbil that would require minimal care and attention. We have a MPV and a small older hatchback for use with childseats. We live in walking distance from two two large parks and walking distance from local shops and post office.
We have very friendly and helpful neighbours who would help in a crisis. Our house is compact but ideally set up for young children. Simply decorated white with wooden floors, tiles and rugs, cots and bunk beds and age approppriate toys. We have bikes, trailers and child seats and child bikes available and requisite roofracks for carrying bikes.
