Colwyn Bay

Our home enjoys a lovely location on a hillside above the coastal town of Colwyn Bay in North Wales. We are a 10 minute drive from the historic medieval walled town of Conwy with its beautiful 13th Century castle and a 15 minute drive from the famous seaside resort of Llandudno. We are a half hour drive from Snowdonia National Park and our home is an ideal base to explore the heritage and culture of Wales.

The Roman city of Chester is less than an hour away and the city of Liverpool (and its airport) is a little over an hour`s drive. We are about 45 minutes drive from the Holyhead ferry and about an hour and a half from Manchester airport. Within a 10 minute drive is a multiplex cinema, two theatres and a number of fine restaurants. One of the best places to eat (and drink!) in the area is a 3-minute walk from our door.

Our home is a large detached, three double bedroomed bungalow, with a large lounge, separate dining room and newly constructed garden room that is our pride and joy. There is a family bathroom with a bath and an en-suite off shower room (with sink and toiket) off the master bedroom. We have a large completely secluded garden with a large deck area where we relax and unwind. Large drive with off street parking for 4 cars.
