The house has a sitting room and large kitchen/ dining room. There is also a family bathroom and downstairs toilet. There`s a lovely large garden for London (110ft/35m) with 2 terraces, and a trampoline and swing for children.

About the location

We are located in a very peaceful, leafy and friendly area less than 10 minutes` walk from the tube (Piccadilly Line) so you can be in the city centre within 1/2 hour (11 stops to Covent Garden, 22 minutes). Muswell Hill, Crouch End and Highgate are lovely "villages", just a short bus journey away. There are lots of parks and some great pubs nearby.

Our local park has award-winning tennis courts for adults and young children, basketball courts, 2 playgrounds and a cafe, all just 200 metres away from our house. During the summer holidays (end of July until the end of August) children and teenagers can join excellent football and tennis courses in the park.

The Muswell Hill Golf Course is within walking distance. A pitch & putt and ice skating rink can be found at Alexandra Palace Park which is 10 minutes` walk away.
