Our 17th century house was formerly a pub, it has been modernised to provide a comfortable family home whilst retaining much of its character.

The house is in the historic centre of the market town of Woodstock, also the location of Blenheim Palace and park, a World Heritage Site, home to the Dukes of Marlborough. Woodstock is known as "The Gateway to the Cotswolds" and is surrounded by outstandingly beautiful countryside, towns and villages with many historic houses and gardens within easy reach. The famous university city of Oxford is nearby with its "dreaming spires", plus good shopping, museums and galleries. London and Birmingham are also within easy reach. Woodstock has many pubs and local shops and outdoor pool.
