Cullera town is only a 5 min car ride or a lovely long walk along the beach. With the double aspect of it's front "el paseo" touristy, with restaurants, shopping, bars and discos, and a quiet in-land area with the old castle up the mountain which can be visited. The area is very buzzy in summer as its population obviously increases then, but otherwise it's not exceedingly touristic. Ideal for people with children/teenagers.
