Lodestone

Our semi detached house has a large garden with lots of space to play and relax. The garden is on three sides of the house, with a secluded and shaded seating area. The garden is fenced all around and is secure for dogs or children. We live in a quiet lane in a semi rural location, surrounded by horticulture. We have two tortoises who have their own little enclosure. We would appreciate it if you would feed them whilst you visit.

The house has a double bedroom with king sized bed, a second bedroom with double bed and a single bed room. There is a tv room (with sofa bed), a living room and a dining room, a large kitchen and family room with a second tv. There’s an upstairs family bathroom and a toilet/shower room downstairs.

About the location

We are four miles from seaside Selsey and historic Chichester, for shops, restaurants and the Chichester Festival Theatre. The gorgeous West Wittering beach is only a ten minute drive. Portsmouth and Brighton are in easy reach by train or car. You can get to London by train in just over an hour. We are lucky to have a variety of tourist attractions nearby: National Trust properties Petworth House and Uppark House, Arundel Castle, Goodwood House and the Historic Dockyard at Portsmouth.

The lane we live in is a private road, quiet with some horticultural traffic. Sidlesham Quay is close by, with beautiful coastal walks and Pagham Harbour Nature Reserve. There is a very well regarded restaurant nearby called The Crab and Lobster.
