Lovely 2 Bed home in Ventura, USA

Our home is located about 25 miles south of Santa Barbara and 60 miles north of Los Angeles in southern California. It is located on the water in a small harbor with restaurants and shopping walking distance away. We have kayaks to use in the harbor. Biking and walking along the water is lovely. We have good access to Southern California beaches from Malibu to San Simeon area, and have easy access to the offshore Channel Islands National Park. Surfing, fishing and SCUBA is excellent. The house has a large luxurious master suite, a guest room, and a fold-out queen sized bed in a downstairs TV room. We have exchanged before and will take good care of your home.
