Mountain Tiny Cottage

This lovely mountain "tiny house" cottage is close to everything and yet feels so quiet and secluded as it is surrounded by apple farms and wooded areas. The cottage is in a very safe, friendly gated community of similar cottages, with amenities like swimming pool, bocce ball court, fire pit, clubhouse, dog park, and walking trails. The house has a bright open plan main room leading to a front screened porch with rocking chairs. The living area has high, vaulted ceilings with white painted ship lap walls. The decor is comfortable, modern and artistic, with many original art pieces and lots of interesting books. The kitchen area has stove, microwave, and full size fridge, and a cupboard with washer and dryer. There is one bedroom with a full/double bed, and a bright shower room is just next to the bedroom. Up stairs there is a low loft area for extra storage, sleeping or just hanging out. This loft area can have a full size mattress bed for additional sleeping.

The town of Hendersonville is a few miles up the road with many shops, bars, coffee shops, and restaurants with outdoor dining and live music. The surrounding area has several very good vineyards and breweries.

This sweet little cottage is a wonderful place to use as a home base for exploring not only the quaint town of Hendersonville, but it is also close to Asheville with its many art galleries, antique shops, craft beer breweries and seasonal festivals and outdoor events. Of course the mountains with many hiking trails and beautiful waterfalls are close by, as well as the famous Blue Ridge Parkway.
