I'm looking to swap my lovely glass fronted marina apartment in Ipswich, Suffolk. Lovely and light, with fanastic balcony views. The double room has double doors, so you can wake up to the marina view. Big comfy sofas in the lounge, surrounded by glass windows. Balcony has gas BBQ. Under floor heating throughout and heated towel rails in both bathrooms. Bose sound system and flat screen Samsung TV (with cable TV) and reliable broadband.
The main line train station (1 hour from London Liverpool Street) is 10 minutes walk from our apartment. Visit Dedham (Counstable Country), Woodbridge, Southwold or Aldburgh for a real treat by car.
Boat in the marina, for those who sail, or friend can sail for a small fee.
