Lovely ground floor flat in Newhaven village, close to the center of Edinburgh. Two bedrooms (one large one), a large dining kitchen and office.
Close to restaurants, "Ocean Terminal" mall and the Royal Yacht Britannia. Five minutes walk to a large park with cycle paths connecting us to the whole of Edinburgh. Regular buses run from nearby our house to the city center (ten minute journey) and beyond.
The house has a homely atmosphere and large rooms to give it a spacious feel. We have direct access to a shared garden, usually only used by ourselves. A quiet peaceful neighborhood but a nightlife close by for the taking for those who want it, particularly during the world famous Edinburgh International Arts Festival.
