Lovely 1 Bed home in Cannes, France

Character flat in turn of century converted house overlooking its own private garden(five steps down)Cannes centre, 7 min walk to seafront.

Sleeping area on two mezzanines, fully equipped kitchen, south/south east facing.

Two resident cats, needing food and affection, and garden has to be watered.
I have more or less made arrangements for summer 2013,but would be interested
in exchanges later in the year and after.

I also have a small flat below mine, which I rent out very reasonably, pictures and details on request.
