Lovely 4 Bed home in Evergreen, USA
On over 2 acres we have a stunning view down our valley since we sit well above it. We have large decks, some covered, with a large hot tub. We also have a gazebo with a koa pond next to it and very large granite boulders scattered all over in between large pine trees. We are at 8000 ft (2400m) and have over 330 days per year of sunshine. We have snow but it melts quickly (a Jeep snowplow comes with the house).
Our area is rural/mountains but we have good shopping within 5 minutes including many restaurants and bars, and Denver with all its museums, sporting events, cultural activities is 30 miles (50 minutes). Major ski areas are as close as 45 minutes and hiking is everywhere including wilderness hiking.
