Lovely 4 Bed home in Ulverston (Lake District), England
We live in a large Georgian house in a small market town which is on the edge of the English Lake District. Ulverston is a very safe and friendly town.
The Lakes District offers great walking, sailing and riding. Further afield, Liverpool & Manchester are about 1 1/2 hours drive away. Even London is now only 3 1/4 hours by train. But there is easily enough to keep you occupied in the Lakes! The scenery is very lovely.
We have a large child-friendly enclosed garden with swings and climbing frames and a gas barbeque. We are literally 5 minutes walk from lovely hills and countryside but are also right in the centre of the town - its 5 minutes walk to our theatre and great pub food! Forget about rubbish English food - that's not true anymore!
