Our home is beautifully situated overlooking the River Thames in Mallard Place, an award winning housing development completed in the mid '80's. The estate is quietly situated in a cul-de-sac opening onto the river and not overlooked at all.

The house has three double bedrooms. The lounge/diner opens onto a patio which then leads via the communal gardens down to the river and is a delightful place to relax. There is also a communal heated open air pool (closed in winter).

The location is convenient for Heathrow & Gatwick airports and the nearest train station (10 min.walk) is half an hour to central London, making it a great base for exploring the City. Local attractions include historic Richmond and Hampton Court Palace.
