Lovely 3 Bed home in Devonport, New Zealand

Landmark Victorian Villa, full of period charm, in beautiful Devonport, Auckland. Our home (which is currently undergoing major renovations - new pics to follow) has 3 dbl bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 reception rooms, a study, a large modern kitchen and dining room, upstairs kitchenette and great views of the harbour from the verandah. It?s a 5 minute walk to Devonport village.

Devonport is an exclusive seaside suburb, famous for its Victorian architecture and its quiet family friendly caf? lifestyle, yet its only a 10 min ferry ride to the Auckland CBD. There are any number of safe swimming beaches in easy walking distance, along with schools, dozens of sports and community clubs and a golf course. The ( award winning ) neighbourhood caf? is a 30 second walk from the front gate and, of course, there are many cafes and restaurants in the village.

We have wireless internet, a nice new 24? Apple Mac available, plus a couple of large flat screen tvs and iPod friendly stereos. We do have 3 friendly cats who will need food and a cuddle, but we have back-up minders.
