The home is on an easy care quarter acre block situated in a quiet position at the end of a small cul-de-sac within walking distance to all amenities, shops, doctors, library etc.

Kalamunda is situated in the Perth Hills and (wine district) to the east of the city. It is well known for its arty-crafty atmosphere, its popular monthly craft market, numerous cafes and restaurants, for bush-walking and its close proximity to the Swan Valley winery region. We also have a selection of wineries within a ten minute drive. National park is on the doorstep.

Perth CBD and Fremantle are accessible by public transport. SW wineries are 2 hours away.
