Our flat is in Florence, the cradle of the European Renaissance and arts. It is little, but airy and comfortable. It has a living-room (with a comfortable sofa-bed which can sleep two people), a well appointed kitchen (with washer/dryer), a bathroom, a bedroom (with two single beds) and two balconies. There is air conditioning in every room. The flat has been renovated recently. It is on the 3rd floor (without lift) of a little block of flats set between the city centre and the suburbs, in a side road. It is well-kept, quiet and safe. There is a bus stop, a supermarket and a fast-food restaurant just round the corner. A railway station is within ten minutes'walk. You won't need a car.
