Lovely 4 Bed home in Sydney, Australia

Our house is a large newly built 'townhouse- the Australian term for a a house which is part of a block with communal parking, gardens etc. It is the corner house, with its own entrance off the street, so feels pretty much like a detached house. It has big rooms, & a very large lawned garden (by Sydney standards) with gas barbecue.
We are in Randwick, 10 minutes drive from Bondi, Bronte & Clovelly beaches, 5 minutes walk from Sydney's largest park, Centennial Park, and half an hour on the bus from the Opera House! Local shops are a 10 minute walk/2 minute drive and there is a cafe over the road. There is underground parking with direct access into the house.
