Second floor : one double bed room with en-suite bathroom (shower)
Two teenagers bed rooms on two mezzanines, with extra couch for each.
A workroom and a bathroom.

Third floor: an extra room with TV DVD set and extra couch.

Basement : Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

A front small garden with shaded table, fitting 6 and a garden shade with a bicycle.

We have two cats.

About the location

The area has all the characteristics of a typical French municipality with its lively farmersmarket.

Residents range from popular to upper-middle class dubbed here "BoBos" (standing for Bourgeois Bohêmes) a little bit like in Bernal Heights in San Francisco, or Brooklyn in New York (according to the New Yorker :)

The house is in a quiet suburb adjacent to Paris, minutes away from downtown by metro, the way to get around locals favor, and few minutes walking to "le Parc de la Villette" ( http://lavillette.com/en/) , "le musée des sciences et de l'industrie", "la Géode", and "la cité de la musique", and also a great contemporain art gallery: Thaddaeus Ropac ( http://ropac.net/ )
