We are in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town, in a beautiful area, 10 min from the airport, the city centre, University of Cape Town, Kirstenbosch Gardens and Newlands Forest. We look onto Devil's Peak (one of the mountains adjacent to Table Mountain), and our house is a 20 minute drive from beaches on either side of False Bay (Clifton, Muizenberg, Blouberg). Car offered (it is necessary in Cape Town). Excellent security in safe, friendly neighbourhood. We live opposite a field on the Liesbeek River which is well-used by the community for playing football and walking dogs. Also near some good local restaurants.

We have a laundry room and a dishwasher and two of the bedrooms have bathrooms en suite. We can offer broadband internet.
