Ideally situated in a beautiful rural location between the cities of Bristol and Bath, this house has plenty of character and space and has spectacular far reaching views from a private balcony.

It is located in the attractive village of Pucklechurch which has several great pubs, a local shop and post office.

20 minutes by car to Bristol which is a vibrant and accessable city and also 20 mins to the historic city of Bath.

It is also near the beautiful Somerset and Cotswold countryside, Wales (30 mins) Oxford (1 hr 20 mins) and London (2 hours) and Somerset/Devon coast. With excellent rail links and plenty to see and do, this area is the ideal place to visit.

Our house is clutter-free and very comfortable with plenty of space for relaxation.

It has an upstairs lounge from which you can enjoy views from the balcony and a downstairs lounge with a cosy wood burner. In addition there is a dining room, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen.

Externally we have a fantastic large patio area with bar-b-que as well as a large lawn (complete with goal posts for a kick about!) We are also lucky enough to live right next door to a small play area so the children tend to regard this as our "extended garden" (they can be watched whilst you are enjoying a glass of wine on the balcony...)
