Our home is a single level dwelling on a 3 acre lifestyle block. The dining/living area is open plan and there are wrap around decks, partially covered, for outdoor living. There is a modern kitchen and bathroom and separate toilet. Carport, easy care garden and ride-on mower for the lawns.

Our car is an automatic Honda Accord Euro and will be available if required.

We are close to Pukekohe, which is a market gardening area with a very good shopping area;the motorway is only 10 minutes away and the closest surf beach would be on the west coast about 25 minutes away, Auckland's Waitamata Harbour is a boating/yachting/kayaking paradise and is not more than 30-45 mins away. We have a double kayak which can be used.

Auckland has, of course, all the usual big city attractions, including the Skytower(fantastic revolving restaurant at the top)ferries on the harbour to Rangitoto - an extinct volcano - and Waiheke island famous for it's wineries.

We are situated handily to the Bay of Islands and the famous Rotorua with its thermal parks. Also the Coromandel Peninsular with its beautiful white sandy beaches backed by a magnificent native bush clad mountain range.
