Lovely 4 Bed home in Perth, Australia

We are planning on having an extended holiday in Europe from May-October 2011 and would like to line up a few exchanges over that time. We are open to location and time period.

Our comfortable, spacious family home is located in one of the most established suburbs in Perth. It is conveniently located to the Swan River and the beach.

Our home is a renovated, single level home. It is open plan with a lovely alfresco, pool and BBQ area. It is approximately 350m2 and is on a quiet, leafy street.

We have all of the mod cons including 2 flat screen TV's, wireless internet, Foxtel and a great Gaggia expresso maker.

Two bedrooms have king size beds, one with a large ensuite. There is also a queen bed and a single bed.

Note that we also have a newly built large holiday home in the Margaret River wine region (near the beach) which we would consider swapping as well. This would allow for a non-simultaneous exchange.
