We live in New Plymouth on New Zealand`s west coast. In 2017 New Plymouth was named by Lonely Planet as second in its listing of the Top 10 regions in the world.
The recently opened Len Lye Centre displays works from kinetic artist, Len Lye. Every March the Womad festival of music and dance is held in New Plymouth.

Our home is a modern 2 storey and basement, 3 double bedroom, 2 bathroom house overlooking the port and sea.

Ngamotu Beach is 5 minutes walk and portside cafes and restaurants are a further 2 minutes slow walk away.
New Plymouth city centre with shops, bars and restaurants is a 3km walk on the picturesque coastal walkway. There are seven 18 hole golf courses within 20km drive.
We live at the western end of the 12 km coastal walkway and have bikes (non-electric) if you would prefer to bike rather than walk. In summer there are five cafes on the walkway route in addition to the cafes in the centre of town.

New Plymouth is 4-5 hours drive from both Auckland and Wellington and the airport has about 8 flights daily to both cities. We can offer car exchange for simultaneous exchanges but not non-simultaneous.

We also have available a small beach house on the west coast 1.5 hours drive from Wellington.
