Our house is a lovely cosy brand new 3 bedroom semi-detached home. Downstairs there is an entrance hall leading into the lounge with large wall mounted T.V. with Sky digital channels, CD/Music player and Computer. The Lounge leads into the Kitchen area, all modern appliances and a door leading out to the back garden. There is also a seperate Dining room next to the Kitchen and a downstairs Toilet and wash hand basin. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom faces the front of the house with a walk in wardrobe, the second bedroom has Sky digital T.V. There is also a bathroom upstairs with bath and electric shower, electric shaving points also fitted. The Drive is at the side of the house, there is room for 2 cars, the back garden is spacious with a small garden to the front. The house is compact as is common with new properties currently being built in the UK, but has everything you will need for a wonderful holiday. Full gas central heating and double glazed windows throughout with security front and back doors.

Montrose is a small costal town 30 miles north of Dundee. It`s very geared towards visitors/tourists, especially outdoors. The Town has everything you would need for a great holiday, Pubs, Hotels, Restaurants, Parks, Walkways, wonderful Beach, Shops, etc. Plus Dundee, Scotland`s 4th largest city is only a 45 minute drive away, Aberdeen is the same distance in the other direction.

Our house is in a very quiet part of the Town just on the outskirts and only a few minutes drive from the town centre, 10 minute walk. Our house is also just a few minutes walk from the Montrose Wildlife Basin where there is an abundance of wildlife, especially birds, there are country walks right outside our door and for the more energetic the Mountains of Angus are only a short drive away. The famous victorian House of Dun (scottish visitor attraction) is just a very short drive up the road as is the Brechin Castle / Pictavia visitor centre and the Caledonia Steam Train Exhibition.
