Lovely 3 Bed home in Cardiff, Wales

This is a lovely family home, mid terraced victorian house in a fashionable suburb of Cardiff. The local area has some fantastic parks and is close to the city centre, Cardiff bay and the motorway. The South Wales valleys are a short distance and the south wales coast and beaches are in a hours drive.

The house has open plan living and dining area with enclosed rear garden. There are three double rooms (2 with double beds and one childs)and two bathrooms. The house is quiet and comfortable. We have a nice home and all mod cons.

We are a looking for a house swap after being laid off work and looking forward to taking some time out.
