Our delightful home is situated in a quiet courtyard just outside the Roman walls of the cathedral city of Chichester. Within 5 -10 min walking distance are the shops, restaurants, parks, tennis courts, cinema and theatre. It is near to Portsmouth for sailing events and 1 1/2hours from London by train.

The house has two double bedrooms, one with queen sized bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds and a family bathroom. On the ground floor is a kitchen and sitting/dining room which leads to a small sunny enclosed courtyard garden.
There is parking at the rear of the property. The kitchen is fully fitted with cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezer and washer dryer

Chichester is a beautiful historic area with the south downs to the north providing excellent footpaths for walking and cycling and to the south Chichester harbour, the sea and beaches for sailing opportunities.

The public transportation service is very good. There are trains every half an hour to London. Frequent trains go to Brighton, Southampton and Portsmouth. The bus service provides access to many local towns and villages where there are good pubs and the start of many walks.
