Our two storey home has 6 bedrooms, a study and two living areas. Our covered outdoor entertaining area overlooks a medium sized backyard and inground pool (not heated!).

Close to local shopping, parks and transport we love the location as its quiet, but close to what we need.
40 mins to city, 30 mins to Olympic park.

The cul-de-sac is quiet and safe. We often sit on our front veranda and watch the kids ride their bikes.
The home backs on to a primary school.
Excellent facilities for someone wanting to work from home as study (not one of the 6 beds) has its own entry door.
