Lovely 3 Bed home in Tauranga, New Zealand
My home is situated on the top of a hill in a village 10 minutes from the town of Tauranga and 10 minutes from the beach at Mount Maunganui. Fantastic surfing and walking in the surrounding areas. There are sea views and hill views with a little farmlet just below me. I have a small rose garden with a veggie bed to grow own food. Local Tennis courts and walks in nearby reserve. Wonderful base to explore the North Island of New Zealand. 3 hours from Skifields and local wineries not far away. The property is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with caring neighbours. Many fresh produce and craft markets and local attractions within 10 minutes drive. Restaurants and bars make for a great social life and several movie theatres.
