Our home is on the edge of the village over-looking the vineyards & down to the Mediterranean. Portiragnes is a picturesque village situated next to the Canal du Midi, just 3km to the beach. We are the end house on a small development. It is 150sqm with extended gardens and swimming pool, two terraces and a large balcony. We have three double bedrooms and three bathrooms, one en-suite, with a large open plan Lounge/Dining/Kitchen.
It is fitted with reversable air-condition but during the winter months you have the choice of using the large cast iron fireplace which burns wood.
This has been our home for 6 years and we have both French & English speaking neighbours, who are always willing to share a glass of wine or two!
